Characteristic determinant of the spectral problem for the Sturm-Liouville operator with the perturbed boundary value conditions

Abstract

We study a question on stability and instability of basis property of system of eigen functions of Sturm-Liouville operator with an integral perturbation of antiperiodic type boundary value conditions. The characteristic determinant of a spectral problem of Sturm-Liouville operator has been studied in integral perturbation of antiperiodic type boundary value conditions.
